Hartelle Property Referrals is a web-based property referral company created to facilitate Real Estate trading at no cost to the Buyer or Seller, with a referral fee being due by the participating Agency upon registration of a sale generated from the Hartelle Property Referrals network. 

We offer a unique networking system which enables all parties involved in the buying and selling of property to make contact with one another, and membership is absolutely free.

Buyers are able to list their property requirements, and can select which properties they would like to view and with whom they would like to view the property.   

As a Seller you are able to list your property, and receive free assistance in negotiating the terms of your mandate with the Estate Agent – thus ensuring that you receive value for the commission you pay to the Estate Agent when they conclude the sale of your property. 

Agents are able to benefit from property and purchaser referrals.  Through our system agents are notified of each prospective purchaser that enters the market within which they operate, and the Estate Agent that gives the best service has a better chance of concluding a sale.  Agents are also able to search all properties listed on the Hartelle Property Referrals network.
